Behold! The sushi eggroll breakfast omelet

Inspired by the Korean Eggroll with Seaweed recipe on NomNomPaleo I decided to combine my foolproof omelet, a nori sheet, and some raw ahi to create this flavorful breakfast.

1) Make the egg portion of a foolproof omelet.

2) Move cooked egg to cutting board.

3) Lay one sheet of nori onto the egg.

4) Place a line of raw fish of your choice on top of the nori.

5) Roll.

6) Eat and enjoy!
